Trudy has been a REALTOR for over 35 years working with buyers, sellers, and property management. She is an Owner of RE/MAX Alliance and American Home Title. She is in the top 1% of REALTORS®. Prior to Real Estate, Trudy was a Third Grade Teacher, an Airline Consultant, a Tax Advisor, and a Furniture Store Manager.
After 27 years of military relocation, The Hoff Team knows about the stress, pressure, and concern of relocating. They go the extra mile—efficiently & effectively—to meet each customer’s needs!

The Hoff Team's real estate success has allowed them the opportunity to give back to the community that supports them. They partner with the Children’s Miracle Network: a contribution from every sale is directed to the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters (CHKD) in Norfolk. In addition, the Hoff Team donates their time each Christmas at CHKD. After Mick Hoff, Trudy’s husband/business partner passed away in 2013 an endowment in his memory was established at CHKD for Child Life to comfort the patients and their families while at the hospital.
The backbone of their business is referrals from satisfied customers and clients. They do absolutely everything to ensure that each and every transaction is smooth and pleasant.
SABRINA TORRES
REALTOR / Listing & Sales Coordinator
SaBrina has been the Listing & Closing Coordinator / Administrative Assistant with the Hoff Team since the spring of 2007. She assists buyers and sellers with making sure that their transactions are completed in a stress free environment. In 2016 she became a licensed Realtor at RE/MAX Alliance. SaBrina’s exceptional customer service skills make her a significant part of our team. She strives to keep the team up to date with the latest technology. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University in 2007. She resides in Virginia Beach with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
KIMBERLY COWEN
Property Management Coordinator
Kimberly has been the Property Manager Coordinator with the Hoff Team since June 1998. In 2000 she became a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Kimberly was awarded the Certified Support Specialist (CSS) designation at the 2008 NARPM convention. Her organizational skills and her attention to detail are an invaluable asset to the Hoff Team. Her commitment to continuing education supports the high ethical standards the Hoff Team strives to maintain.
Kimberly resides in Virginia Beach with her husband, a retired U.S. Navy Master Chief. They are avid Harley Davidson fans. Today they enjoy outdoor activities at their lake house in North Carolina and spending time with their two sons, two puppies, family, and friends.
HANNAH SCHILLER
Property Management Assistant
Hannah joined the team in spring 2013 as a property management assistant. She has been in the property management business since 2008 and helps the Hoff team out in the office with her organizational skills and ideas. She graduated from Christopher Newport University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications in the spring of 2007. Hannah resides in Virginia Beach with her husband, two children, and two dogs. She helps fundraise for Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters and enjoys spending time her family and friends.
